How to find the perfect event photographer

Ask to see examples of previous events: Event photographers will be more than pleased to show you their portfolio of images and share with you're their experiences, which may help you with your event. Viewing their images will give you a good idea of their style and technique.

Ask about their back up: Event photographers work at a pace and produce vast quantities of images so their equipment will be designed to handle the task. However it is well worth checking that your photographer has a back up system should things go wrong. Also check that your photographer has someone who could stop in should they become ill and not be able to attend the event.

Check on your photographers credentials: Ask to see references from other satisfied customers and ascertain that they are members of a reputable professional organisation such as The Society of International School and Event Photographers - SISEP
